The commitment
What did the customer agree to? Where are the terms, quantities, dates and approved changes recorded?
Contracts & billing
Follow a customer agreement through delivery, changes, renewal and invoicing. Find where records diverge, manual work accumulates or completed work waits to be billed.
Understand the current state
What did the customer agree to? Where are the terms, quantities, dates and approved changes recorded?
What does delivery need to know, and what information reaches Finance? Who handles an exception?
Does the invoice reflect the agreement and delivered work? How are payment and renewal status reconciled?
Choose the improvement
Clarify the contract model, migrate agreed records and connect sales, delivery and billing events.
Define approval, effective dates, billing treatment and the records needed for a contract change or renewal.
Connect the finance system or build a customer-facing workflow where the native capability does not meet the actual need.
Provide guided enablement, a documented handover or a continuing service with named responsibilities.
Scope before commitment
We check the client’s actual HubSpot access, native capabilities, existing billing arrangements and migration requirements before proposing an approach.
Timing and fees follow the scope, dependencies and acceptance cases. Further work or an extended timeline is agreed explicitly.
Examples include invoice preparation effort, completion-to-invoice delay, billing corrections and reconciliation exceptions. Earlier collection and recovered staff time are measured separately.
How engagements workLet’s talk
Tell me what is happening, what you have already tried and why it matters now. We’ll talk through the result you need and who will own it with us.
A free 30-minute conversation to identify the problem, separate what we know from what needs checking, and agree a useful next step. You’ll receive a written recap, whether or not we work together.
Included when you choose to email me.
