Work with me

A defined problem.
A result you can inspect.

Bring the system you have, the outcome you need and someone who will own the result with us. I lead the work through Unified Support Solutions.

Two common starting points

Choose the responsibility you need covered.

Fixed-outcome repair

Make an inherited system understandable.

Trace a defined failure, recover the missing context and correct the behavior. Acceptance is a walkthrough of the agreed cases, with the owner who will maintain the result.

What a repair includes →

Fixed-outcome build

Connect quoting, delivery and billing.

Resolve the missing handoff, integration or interface. Agree the normal case and difficult exceptions before deciding what to build.

What a build includes →

Repair an inherited system

Know what changed, and why.

The previous builder may have left, or the implementation may never have worked as intended. We define the failure and the business consequence, then include a review of the relevant systems, records and dependencies in week one.

You receive the correction, a record of the important decisions, agreed checks and an owner walkthrough. The scope names the systems and failure we are taking responsibility for.

Build the missing connection

Follow the work from the sale to the ledger.

A quote, contract, completed job and invoice should carry the same business agreement. We identify where that agreement gets lost, test the difficult scenario and build the missing connection.

We check existing features and products before adding custom code. The proposal names the deliverable, client inputs, fixed fee, dependencies and the real examples we’ll use to check that it works.

Where a custom interface fits →

An early result

Useful progress in the first 30 days.

We agree an early result your team can use and how we’ll check it. Where the scope, access and client availability support it, we commit to delivering that first improvement within 30 days.

Week one establishes the relevant system behavior and confirms the examples we’ll test. We then build and review the change with the person who will run the system. For larger work, the proposal separates the first usable improvement from the remaining roadmap.

Your agreement states the actual timeline. Revenue growth, adoption and other longer-term effects need their own observation period.

After the first result

Continue with a roadmap worth delivering.

When there is useful continuing work, we agree a monthly operating partnership: named systems, prioritized improvements, support responsibilities and review points.

Your team becomes more capable as we work together. The next step can be another build, narrower support, continued improvement or a handover.

Is this a good fit?

An owner on each side.

Your side

Context, access and decisions.

You name the person who will own the system, make the required access available and validate the result with us. They do not need to understand the inherited system yet.

What to prepare →

My side

Hands-on delivery and accountability.

I lead the scope, architecture and delivery decisions. We name the teammates involved, responsibilities, response arrangements and support before work begins.

Meet USS →

The commercial agreement

Clear scope and a private fee.

Testing, documentation and handover are part of the proposal. Licenses, hosting, maintenance and your team’s effort are made explicit.

Understand cost drivers →

Learning alongside me

Guidance for practitioners.

If you already own delivery and want to use AI more confidently, my four-session AI-Native Admin program works through your tools and real tasks. It is a separate coaching offer.

Let’s talk

What needs to work better?

What have you inherited, or what keeps getting stuck?

Tell me what is happening, what you have already tried and why it matters now. We’ll talk through the result you need and who will own it with us.

A free 30-minute conversation to identify the problem, separate what we know from what needs checking, and agree a useful next step. You’ll receive a written recap, whether or not we work together.

Included when you choose to email me.
